Shipping Pricing
Ship From Our Warehouse Or From Your School
The shipping cost is based on the dimension, weight and distance to be shipped. The average shipping cost ranges from $30-$70 per item. The handling service cost for each item shipped is $50.00.
Ship To School
Ship your luggage and boxes to our facility prior to your arrival at school. Buy items online and send them to our warehouse. They will be temporary stored at our facility and delivered to your school upon your arrival. Items must be received at least 10 days prior to the start of classes.

Pick Up and Delivery Pricing
FREE pick up and delivery will be provided on select complimentary days during the official move in and move out dates assigned by your school.
Our free complimentary pick-up and delivery dates are designed to coincide with the move-in and move-out dates of the general population of students with pick up in May and delivery in August. Our team will be on campus between 10:00 am to 2:00 pm. We will contact you via text or email the day before your appointment, informing you of a central location on campus where you can drop off your storage items.
Move My Dorm’s Complimentary Pick-up option requires you to bring your items to our truck on a designated spot on campus. This service is free of charge, however there is a $39.99 sign up fee.
Move My Dorm’s Valet Service allows you to have your items picked up directly from your room. The cost for this service is $350.
The third option, Warehouse Drop Off Service, allows you to deliver your items directly to our warehouse. This service option is $75.00. The Warehouse Pick Up Service allows you to pick your items up from our facility at the end of your storage term. This service is $75.00. Both Warehouse services require 72 hours advanced notice and prior approval. You may send in a request for this service at info@movemydorm.com with the subject ‘Warehouse Service Request’.
Please note: When scheduling your appointment, it’s important to avoid booking your pick up or delivery dates on the same day that you’re flying and/or traveling. While it might seem like a convenient option, it’s important to consider the possibility of unforeseen events that could cause delays or cancellations.

Moving Pricing
$549 for the first two hours per hour and $175 per hour for each additional hour. Time starts when we arrive at your dorm room and ends when the last item is delivered to your new location.
Additional Fees
Overweight Box Fee: $20.00 per box weighing over 70 pounds.
Oversized Item Fee: $10.00 per oversized item.
Late Payment Fee: $25.00 + $5 per week Late Fee for Storage Invoice.
Missed Appointment Fee: $75.00
